Attachment to the Joint Committee on Public Health - June 6, 2025

This document has been constructed to communicate desired decisions on several pending Public Health bills, and especially provide information on important developments on what has been increasingly revealed in the general area of nanotechnology. This includes applying that understanding to what the Commonwealth should be aware of in future legislation on Covid and similar nanotechnological developments.

Current Legislative Bills of Interest as of June 6, 2025

OPPOSED:

S.1618 An Act promoting community immunity

If passed, S.1618 would:

Allow minors to be vaccinated without parental consent or knowledge, regardless of age.
Force parents to apply for exemptions annually through a state-controlled system, putting government in charge of private family decisions.
Require physicians to approve religious exemptions, inserting doctors into decisions that are not medical in nature.
Limit the scope of medical exemptions and give the Department of Public Health unchecked power to alter vaccine requirements without oversight.
Label schools and programs with higher exemption rates as “Elevated Risk, ? leading to privacy violations, stigma, and discrimination.

This bill does not promote true health. It imposes fear, coercion, and division—while granting sweeping authority to the state over decisions that belong to families and their trusted doctors. Take a stand for freedom, dignity, and informed consent. Tell your House Rep, Senator and the Joint Committee on Public Health to vote NO on S.1618.

S.1557 An Act relative to vaccines and preventing future disease outbreaks>/b>

Massachusetts Senate Bill S.1557 (similar to H.2554) seeks to remove the religious exemption for school vaccine requirements. If passed, this bill would strip families of the right to make deeply personal medical decisions based on their religious beliefs — a right currently protected under state law.

This legislation is unnecessary and unjustified. The current rate of religious exemptions in Massachusetts is approximately 1%, showing that these exemptions are not widespread and pose no public health threat. Eliminating them is not about safety — it’s about control.

S.1557 violates our fundamental right to religious freedom and undermines the principle of informed consent. Parents must retain the ability to make thoughtful, faith-informed, and individualized decisions for their children’s health.

H.2554 An Act relative to routine childhood immunizations

Massachusetts House Bill H.2554 (similar to S.1557) seeks to remove the religious exemption for school vaccine requirements. If passed, this bill would strip families of the right to make deeply personal medical decisions based on their religious beliefs — a right currently protected under state law.

H.2554 violates our fundamental right to religious freedom and undermines the principle of informed consent. Parents must retain the ability to make thoughtful, faith-informed, and individualized decisions for their children’s health.

H.2431 An Act prohibiting the requirement of a COVID-19 vaccine, mRNA vaccine, or gene-altering

In what follows, there will be a sizable amount of information provided to make it definitively clear that the Commonwealth should immediately ban the manufacturing and use of all nanotechnological devices and products until they can be declared in reality “safe and effective”. As will be shown below, they are currently profoundly unsafe and ineffective; often deadly. Further, information will also be provided concerning the origin of the Covid “entity” as a bioweapon, whose development and production was largely although not solely the efforts of US citizens.

Considering Covid Shots and Similar Nanotechnological Entities as Bioweapons

It is proposed for the Commonwealth to ban the use of all mRNA medicines, considering them as bioweapons, in the understanding that Covid-the-“disease” itself was created and spread as a bioweapon, with criminal intent. This sentiment comes from many prominent medical practitioners and scientists who are not “controlled” by corrupt entities such as the World Health Organization or medical “authorities” in most Western countries.

The person who composed the current US bioweapons law – the late Francis Boyle – clearly understood that these fake “vaccines” perfectly fit the definition for bioweapons. He constantly used the term “franken-shots” for the so-called “vaccines”. See his interview with Dr. Naomi Wolf:

Dr. Wolf herself is an expert relative to the danger of the bio-weaponized injections, as the company she manages oversaw the Court-mandated Pfizer documents from the supposed “studies” by Pfizer leading up to FDA approval.

Karen Kingston is a med-Legal analyst who has a great gift of being able to understand technical documentation, and communicate it in readable terms. She was recruited by Big Pharma while still an undergraduate, and joined Pfizer in NYC area in sales and marketing after graduation. However, her success within Pfizer led her to start her own consulting firm in San Diego.

And what about Dr. Peter McCullough, perhaps the most published physician of all time, at least in Cardiac and Renal issues. Here he is a few weeks ago, testifying to the US Senate:

Finally, and importantly, what about concrete scientific information? And what hope is there for humanity?

One such source has been the work of Ana Michalcea, MD/PhD, a Romanian-born physician who obtained her MD and PhD in Germany, and now has a medical practice and clinic in suburban Seattle, Washington. Her work has included the use of Darkfield Microscopy to study blood, comparing and contrasting between “vaxxed” and “un-vaxxed” blood. Additionally, she developed a procedure to break-up dangerous blood clots that the Covid shots produce, as well as a protocol to eliminate the nanotechnology found in the blood of “vaxxed” people, but not found in the “un-vaxxed”. UNLESS the un-vaxxed person has spent too much time NEAR vaxxed people, such that they “catch” the nanoparticles into THEIR bloodstream through the process of “shedding”.

The above webpage was submitted to the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Public Health, to support verbal testimony at a Statehouse hearing.

Of course, the problem is not just the Covid “vaccines”; it’s Covid itself. It was carefully created via US entities with some help from the UK, with trial runs in the 2000s with the SARS outbreaks.
